water pressure in toilet is really weak

we have 2 bathrooms in our house..1 toilet works fine, no real problems..but the other toilet is very weak in terms of water pressure. What's the best way to get it going again?

By water pressure do you mean a lazy flush, (the water just swirls around and then slowly goes down)? How old is the toilet? Did this just start up or has it been a problem all along? Waiting on you, Tom

yes, a lazy flush, and yes, that has been the problem for a long time.
