water presssure switch

I am interested in obtaining info on a Gould water pump model BF03S. I replaced the switch (20/40) and can't seem to get more than 14 PSI after installation. I know theere is water i the well and the pump was primmed.

If it's set too high it will give you the problem you describe. Good luck, Tom
