i need to know why the water level in the bowl is very low

You may need to raise the water level in the tank of your commode, the level should be about 1/2 inch below the overflow pipe.

Depending on which fill valve you have will make a difference in how you raise the water level.

Tell me about the valve and I will tell you what to do.

Several things can cause this problem. The most likely culprit would be the little tube that runs from the top of your ballcock to the white overflow tube. Check to see if it's connected. If you started out with a full bowl and it seeped out click on back and tell me about it. Good luck, Tom
