    Washing machine drain pipe
    I am having a problem with the pipe going into the main drain, the water is backing up onto the floor. Have checked for blockage and there is none. Any diagrams on how it should look Thanks Wayno

    Is this a new washer and what size is the pipe going down to the drain, 1.5"?? Most new washers need a 2" pipe because of their more powerful pumps. If the pipe is already 2" then you need to rod further.
