Upstair shower drain and tub got plug.

Every night I took a bath for my 2-year-old daughter in her little tub inside my upstair shower. Just last night, because the shower drain was open, when I pour out the water from the little tub, I think a clear plastic bottle cover fell into the shower drain and plug it. First I tried to pumbed it with the toilet pumb, it drained at first. But when I pumb some more, it got worse, the water came up into the bathtub next to the shower and plugged it also. Then my husband used the hand crank to crank it, but it didn't work. Any suggestion? Please help!
