Two hot water faucets not working.rest of the house if fine.

We changed out the washer (seat?) and spring in a leaky cold water facuet in the bathtub. Now, the hot water in the tub, and the hot water in one of the faucets in the shower will not work.
Any suggestions, solutions will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

This may sound crazy to you , I have found that some times when you have changed seaals on one side, the old seal works it1s way over to the other side. the old seals in the hot water side could have came apart and closed off the faucet also. I don1t know what kind of faucets you have , or how old they are in order to give you a more correct answer,

Now don't forget that you also shut down your main when you did the repair to the cold. Sometimes opening and closing a main can dislodge debris which could have been pulled intoi the hot water heater. Does you faucet have an aerator or screen, clean them. Shut down the main and open the hot water faucet stem and inspect and remove debris.. replace the seats while you are at it.
