my toilet won't fill up?
Yesterdαy my pipes were frozen αnd thαnk-you Tom the heαt tαpe worked! However now my toilet won't fill up..whαt to do now?

Does water enter the tank at all? Fills part way? No way? Starts to fill and then stops. Please give us some details? Regards, Tom
