While you can not remove a PVC flange short of cutting it out you can repair your broken one without too much hassle. Click on,

and check out RF-3200 and SAB-1000 next to it. both are repair kits for broken flanges and should repair yours. Now that you know what to look for you can try to pick them up locally. Good luck. Tom
