there is a water spout doesnt work no matter how open the valve is
i tried to turn on the valve to the water spout in the back of the house but no water comes out

Did it just stop working or has it never worked? Have you checked to see if there is a shut off valve to this hose bib in the house? Any plumbing work done lately? Back to you. tom
