    Symmons valve spindle replacement?
    My symmons temptrol valve does not let hot water through. Actually it is just a dribble when put to all hot. I removed the spindle & seat then cleaned them but it was not much of an improvement. Should I just replace these parts?

    HI Jagreen

    You could try soaking the spindle assembly in CLR (calcium/lime/rust remover) for an hour or so, but for the time and money I would recommend replacing the entire stem assembly... easy/quick job!
