Smelly toilet leading to all floor being smelly

Hi there is toilet smell on all my floor in the company where i work what can be the reasons and what can be the remedy pl guide urgently.

does the toilet move when ya sit on it? is there a floor drain in the same room that is not often used? the odor could be from a wax ring that no longer has a vapor barrier or a floor drain that has evaporated. put a gallon of water in the floor drain at least once a week. no chemicals, they evaporate too quickly

had my house remodeled not long ago i can hear the other toilet when flushed when in the other restroom also smelly sometime in the restroom.
