    Outside Pipe leaking Inside
I completely forgot to shut the water off for the outside water access from the basement for the winter. I finally did on Friday when it started to get much colder out.

Now, the pipe (where the nozzle is) is dripping inside. My guess was, its because I wated so long, any of the water in the pipe probably had frozen, and was melting.

I went outside and tried to turn the water on to get any excess water out, and nothing... so, is my guess right that the water is probably frozen and slowly melting in the basement (its 15 outside)

So, what's the problem? Just turn the water off inside the basement and next spring turn the water back on to see if the freeze damaged the hose bib. Stay warm! Tom
