Plumbing in basement without rough ins?
    Hello,

We are looking at purchasing a home that has great basement space, however, the house was built without rough ins in the basement.

To finish the basement and add bathroom, sink, and wetbar, what will we need to do to ensure the plumbing can be accomplished?

    Your answers are appreciated :)

    Thanks a bunch.

The first thing to a remodel is to draw the room and the fixture position
Next is to come up with a idea of where the main is under the floor. You will have to vent the bathroom group. Have you a way to run 2" up to the roof?
And last you rent a jackhammer and then the fun begains. Now would be a ideal time to include a pre-fab walk in shower while the floor's tore up.

Yes it can there are a few different ways to do it if the sewer is under ground you can jack hammer the floor and tie it in to the main stack or if the main pipe is above ground you can put a sewer injector pit in and tie it in to the stack above ground but either way it has to be vented through the house to the roof
