    New PriceFister shower leaks
I installed a complete Price fister shower about 6 months ago and now it is starting to drip. It has a center control for hot/cold it's cold that is dripping,
Where do I look for adjustment? Behind the control knob is a enclosed casing with four screws, in there? Does it use washers?

If you're referring to the stem of the diverter control all you have to do is snug up the bonnet packing nut,( see attachment). The bonnet packing nut is the smallest nut in front of the larger retaining nut on the stem. You will have to remove the knob and cover plate and turn on the shower so it starts leaking. Then simply snug up the nut until it stops. Good luck Tom

    Not that type
The PDF you sent is not the type. It has the middle control knob, no hot and cold, you turn it on to the left it start cold the more you turn it gets hot.

    Please excuse the brain lock,

Since you installed the valve recently perhaps you can give me a model # so I can call up a diagram. Thanks, Tom

Standing Shower Drain Leaks [ 3 Answers ]

Hi: I read few articles about how to fix the shower drain leaks. I guess some experts suggested to use WingTite. I think the rubber gasket and the threaded top cover is what is causing the leak. The threaded holder seems a bit bigger than the hole of the shower drain itself and I don't know how...
