    Live Scan
What was the result of your livescan? DO you know what it revealed? Did you get the job? I am in the same situation now.

Are you sure this information is accurate - I haven't been able to sleep because I am waiting to find out if I am going to lose my dream job that I just got! I had an expunged misdemeanor and plead nolo to another one.

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. This can lead to confusion. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

Did you get the job and all of a sudden they decided to do a Live Scan? Or did you apply for a job that requires a Live Scan?

I just got hired - a new job. On the application I only listed one misdemeanor. But I also had an additional one that was expunged, and another that I plead nolo to. I was under the impression that these items would simply not show up. Upon reseraching I am finding conflicting answers, and not sure what to believe. I did the livescan process yesterday.

Prior to the livescan they already had me do a contract and everything. I am afraid now, when they get the results my job offer could be withdrawn.

Were you aware of the live scan when you filled out the application? What exactly did the application ask?

The nolo will almost for sure show up, Nolo is not explunged and is only done if there is a risk of civil law suit in the same crime normally.

It is viewed as basically a guilty plea ( and/or treated as such in punishment) it is saying to paraphrase, I am not guilty, but the evidence me is go great I can not prove I am innocent, so I am accepting the punishment for the crime. So it will show up.

From people reporting here, some say their live scan showed their explunged records, others have said they did not. So it appears they do sometimes.
