    Ya got to be more explicit then that. Are you asking how to remove a tub spout or a shower head? If a tub spout does it have a small square hole underneath and next to the wall? Back to you, Tom

    Yes it does have an opening on the bottom.
    I tried to turn counter clockwise but does not move.
    Thanks for your help.
    This is known as a "slip on spout",(see image) and it doesn't unscrew to remove it. There is a Allen Head Set screw up in that hole. Loosen it and the spout will pull right off. Good luck, Tom
