| I'd put it on the smaller 'prep' sink -- where you are more likely to scrape dishes, peel vegetables, drain pasta, and dump out glasses (ice), etc.
If you're washing dishes, you'd have the soapy water in the big sink -- so you'd scrape the big chunks into the prep-sink and then wash/rinse in the large sink.
If both bowls were the same size, I'd put the disposal on the side closest to the dishwasher -- scrape/rinse into the disposal, then right into the dishwasher. |
