    Sewer valve suggestions?
I have infrequent problems in very heavy rain with sewer backups in my basement. I have a shut off valve on the line that I can operate to restrict the problem, but there have been times with unexpected heavy rains while I was away from home and neglected to close the valve before leaving. Is there a product available that will automatically close that valve in times of heavy rain? A rain sensor? Any ideas?

    Thanks!!
