Sewer Line Installation

Hello....We live in Cobb County Georgia, and we currently have a septic system. The field lines are full, and we have access to a sewer line, so we are going to have to tap into the sewer now. We have paid the tap fee, and the tap is marked.
We are getting bids from plumbers to run the line.
We are 140 feet from the road.
Our lowest bid had been $2200.
We would like to use schedule 40 pipe. Does that sound reasonable?
Anybody know any good plumbers in Cobb County GA? THANKS!

Your bids are governed by the length of the run and how deep they have to dig it. I hope you got at least three estimates.

Yes! That's the only pipe I would use for your sewer line.

We have a expert from the Atlanta area. Let's hope he sees this.
Good luck, Tom
