    Best advise I can give you here is to visit your local PLUMBING SUPPLY HOUSE... preferably with a showroom. Then let the salespeople earn their money by finding you exactly what you are looking for.

    If find toilet you like and intend to have a plumber install it, let the plumber purchase the toilet for you as they get a discount and may be willing to kick some of the difference between your LIST price and their wholesale price back toward installation... ;)

    I can come up with a 14" rough handicapped toilet but it's elongated. Is there a space issue that requires a round faced bowl? Tom

    I too find nothing that fits theses exact measurements. Would an offset flange that puts you back to 12" rough in meet your needs?
