Residential well pump: pressure tank/switch problem

Asked Feb 13, 2010, 12:07 PM —
I lose water pressure completely for about 10 sec. While running the water. This happens approx. Every 5 min while the water is running. I've replaced the pressure switch several times, but it only helps for maybe six months before the water pressure is affected. Is this a well pump problem or a pressure tank or switch problem and how can it be fixed?
