replacing water pipe in basement wall

my outside spicket is leaking, i need to know how to get the old pipe out of the basement wall center blocks and put the new one in. the connection inside in easy to get to. but the outside in concreted up around the pipe.

Can you post a picture, you may not need to replace the whole assembly may need to replace the washer,Thanks.
