How many water lines run down to the pump?

Does it have a tank? Have you bleed the tank?

Do you know if there is enough water in the well to submerge the pump?

There will be either a plug or a pressure gauge at the top of the pump casing. Take it out and pour in water until full. Replace the plug/pressure gauge. Do you know what caused it to lose prime?
