I have a slow drip from the pressure switch housing. I took the cover off and see wetness in the housing (below the electric of course). Can something be adjusted/tightened there that will stop the leak ?

Not that I know of. Sounds like the diaphragm in the switch is leaking. At any rate, replacing the switch is pretty simple and cheap...20 bucks or so for the switch. Turn off the power first, of course, and be sure all wires go back on in the same positions they came off. Here is an example of what you will be looking for. This one happens to be a 30/50 switch.

There's another place the control can leak from and that's the small tube tha runs from the pump to the control at the bottom, (see image) I(f it's not the connection then replace the control. Good luck, Tom

Good point. I didn't include that since djeff said the leak was on the inside of the switch. Since that screws into the back of the switch on the outside, I would not have thought of it, but stranger things have happened. It would certainly pay to check it...might save some $$$.

You're most likely correct JL. I just threw that in. But it does sound like a ruptured diapharm. Regards, Tom
