Is it possible to elbow a frost free spicket?

I'm buying a new home and the basement is not finished yet.
When doing the walk through with the builder I asked about the frost free outdoor spicket
that was sticking out away from the wall on the view out side of the house.
Since I'm not planning on putting up a wall where the spicket line is sticking out I asked if it could be elbowed somehow but the builder answered no.

Anyone no of a way of elbowing this and still keep the frost free features of the spicket.

Thanks in Advance,
Dana

Frost proof faucets are available in various lengths to fit different wall thicknesses.
