Did you unscrew the aerator off the spout and check the screens for trash?

Then the seats are clogged and must be flushed out. Turn off the water to the faucet, open up the faucet and place a pan over the open faucet to prevent splash and turn the water back on toflush out the supplies and valve body. You should have a strong stream. If so the reassemble, if not the problem is at the angle stops and the entire house must be shut off while you pull, clean and flush the stops and supply lines. Does your faucet look like the one below? Regards, Tom

Thanks, Tom I will try the latter suggestion, I had tried the first one
Sometimes you can hear the water shut off it will eventually come back on but it takes some time. I am trying to repair myself. Will let you know how it turns out. My faucet is a Peerles not a Delta as I prior stated, it has the long neck faucet w/two handles.

Delta bought out Peerless. The picture I've shown should be about the same as what you have. Cheers, tom
