Plenty of cold water- NO hot water in one tub faucet

About going on a week now we have "0" hot water coming out of the master bath tub faucet. The sink faucet in the master bath works fine and so do all the other faucet in and out of the house. No one can explain this we have taken the faucet apart and see nothing out of the oridinary. We think it mght just be a haunting, but I would like to have the master bath "tub/shower" back in working order, the cold water runs full force with no problem just no hot.. Please advise!!! Thanks in advance!!
