No water upstairs! Help!

I live in a condo that's three levels (first is only the staircase) with another unit directly underneath on the ground level. On the second level, we have the kitchen and a 1/2 bath while on the third we have two full baths.

As of Wednesday morning, we have had no running water upstairs in the bathrooms. When turning on the faucet there is gurgling noise that lasts less than a minute but nothing comes out. On the main level, the kitchen/half-bath sinks will produce a little water but there doesn't appear to be any water pressure. When left on, they too stop producing water after a few minutes. Additionally, the toilet tank appears to refill over night.

We've only been living in the place for a couple months and have a rather unresponsive landlord. Any help that you could give on diagnosing this problem would be GREATLY appreciated!

Thanks!! -KET

We need more details then you're giving us. How's the pressure in the first floor condo? Are you both on separate meters? Has any out side work been done on the water main? (Ask the water department). do you have a outside hose bib? If so turn it on and check the flow. Let me know, especially about the outside work on the water main. Regards Tom
