No water from hot water tap
There is no hot water coming from the hot water taps. Well, not NO water, it starts as a low-flow, then goes to a trickle, then finally to no water coming from the hot water tap at all. We have an electric water heater, and this is effecting all hot water taps. The cold water is great, coming out of the cold water taps with no pressure problems. What could be happening? How can I fix this?

On the top of your water heater there are most lilely some galvanized nipples or dielectric unions. Shut water off to water heater, remove unions and or nipples, and you will lilely see that they are plugged. Replace and you will be back in hot water. Good luck and please let us know how you make out.
