No water except when using the sprayer

Last night when I came home, my daughter took me to the kitchen. I have a glacier bay faucet. When I turned on the water nothing came out, but when I used the sprayer I had water come out of the sprayer. This morning when I use the sprayer I have water coming out of the faucet and the sprayer. I don't have any water come out of the faucet unless I use the sprayer.

I suppose we could deal with this for awhile but it is annoying.

You have a faulty diverter. I can show you what it looks like (click on ;
http://www.glacierbayfaucet.com/pdf/I_206-864.pdf ) and check out part#18 in Fig.7. I can't get a readout in English so this is the best I can do. Replace (or clean the crud away ) the diverter and your problem will be solved. Cheers, Tom

Thanks

Speedball,

I could not get the pdf to download, but with the information you gave me, I called Glacier Bay. They are sending me the diverter and the directions on how to fix it. All of this at no cost.
