no hot water but plenty of cold

When I turn on my hot water on any faucet in my house I get about 2 seconds of water then nothing. I have plenty of cold water and pressure. I've turned the breaker off at the hot water pump and back on. I've shut the hot water valve off numerous times and get the same issue. I've waited 30-45 minutes and when I open a hot water faucet I get 2 seconds of water. Any help is appreciated. -Al Jones

Hi Al,
Sounds like it's time to check and replace the elements that are faulty.
Check the bottom element first. Good luck, Tom
