okay. When you press the sprayer button down - no water comes out?

If all the connections are right, including the sprayer being on correctly - it might be a defect in the device. Sometimes the head/sprayer part can be blocked with some type of wrapping. Sounds weird, but you never know.

Can you add anything else?

what type of fuacet is it? You have good water pressure out of spout but not sprayer? Faucet is on while you are trying to use sprayer right?

It can be on of the two things:

1. The diverter has debris in it. Here, you will have to dismantle the faucet and clean diverter device

2. Sprayer has clogged aerator. Remove aerator, clean it, run water without it for few minutes and reinstall.

Let's flesh out Milos post with a image so you can see what he's talking about.
Remove the spray head and turn on the water. Do you get a stream outta the hose? Let me know, Tom
