Moving toilet stack under concrete

We have already cracked our concrete and now have access to the toilet stack to re-route to the location we want. The issue is the sewer pipe is covered with ground water. We've tried draining the water but it keeps coming back. This isn't surprising given the grade of our house. We're wondering what our options are to move the stack. Thanks.

About the only thing you can do is get someone in to well point the ground in the area that you'll be working in or you can dig a sump and pump the water out. Good luck, Tom
