You have clogged drain, snake it from the roof vent, rod enough to reach from the roof to the basement floor plus 20 feet extra, good luck.

You have a plumbing vent problem. There is either an inadequate vent in the branch to your apartment or the vent riser is blocked. IT could have been from someone above you flushing their water closet with a wad of paper that drops down the vertical pipe like a big air plunger. The slug of waste would have created a positive pressure on the way down the pipe. If the venting is proper it would have allowed the positive air pressure to relieve itself to the vent stack through the vent piping. It could also occur if there is no vent connection to the vent stack near the base of the waste riser.

Back to Plumbing 101 for you!! Ya were wrong from the first sentience . Bubbles do not indicate a blocked vent. Gurggles imdicate a blocked vent. bubbles are caused when a discharge hits a partial clog and bounces back sending a bubble of air ahead of it, Johm (Afaroo) gave the correct solution. Snake the lavatory vent.
And Ron, If you continue to post on The Plumbing Page expect your posts to be checked for content and corrected if necessary. You may own a big company but I question whether you're a plumber and I know damm well you're no expert. So ypur handle isn't fitting. Tom
