Leaky outdoor faucet

Trying to fix outdoor hose bibb, spigot or whatever it is called!!! Water runs fine when hose is not connected. When hose is connected water flows out of anti syphon cap on top of faucet. Any suggestions??

When you add the hose you create a small back pressure and your anti siphon is shot. Just replace it. You usually can buy a $2 kit at ACE for the new parts.
