Leaking plumbing somewhere behind shower wall?

Hello,
This is my first question on here.. I have two bathrooms up stairs and one is leaking so that I can see the water stain downstairs on the ceiling. Theres also a seems like some water damage beside the tub wall possibly behind the wall below the faucet level. I was wondering what should I do first in this situation? Thanks in advance..
