First off, do not start a new post anytime you have something to say. Add on to a existing post instead. I've put up as image , is this your valve?
If the female threads in the valve body are stripped you'll have to replace the valve., good luck, Tom

Take the old stem to a good plumbing shop. Chances are it can be rebuild with new washers and "O" rings.

What is , "a parakeette iin hand"

No it is not my valve. Can put photos on here? How do you add to a post. I did not see a place to add or edit.
