Did you remove trap under sink and snake through stub in wall? Did you try a power snake? Can rent at most big box stores.

Answer these and don't work, can go another route.

After getting snake through blockage run very hot water for about 2 minutes to remove any grease in line.

Good luck

Let me tell you how it goes. First remove the traps "J" bend and send a snake up into the wall,(see image). There's a bend ablout 8 inches in but once around that you only have to put out 6 more feet of snake. Flush with a tub of hot water.
If you still have a blockage then it's downstream from the sanitary tee and you will have to snake from the kitchen roof vent. Put out enough snake to reach the vase and 18 feet more. Good luck, Tom
