My hot water vanity faucet gets hot and turns off
Cold water runs out and when it gets hot it turns off; I then turn the hot water valve off and open it again along with the cold water valve. If the mix is to hot it turns off again.

Make sure the flexible water supply line that connect hot water angle stop and the faucet is not kinked. These lines get soft with hot water in them and if they are not ran straight up - they will kink on their own. Go under the cabinet and make sure there are not twisted, kinked or looped.
