hot water runs for a minute and then stops

The hot water in the house for a minute and then stops.I have a mixer tap which I take the top off and blow back the hot water for a minute.The hot water runs again for a minute then stops.There is no banging in the pipes or any noise ,and the hot water system is full

Thanks for your reply,I found out what it was,the stopcock valve was blocked by limescale and would not allow the tank to fill.Many thanks
