Hot water from kitchen sink faucet
My kitchen sink facuet takes along time to get hot water coming out of it. It takes 5-10 minutes which is wasting water. I have put in a new water heater and a new sink facuet. For some reason the filter at the tip of the facuet keeps getting clogged with a falky white
Granual substence. Can anyone suggest any helpful solutions. All other facuets only take about 1 minute for hot water to come out.

Sounds like thios could be a deteriorating dip tube. A bad tube will produce white debris and also alter the hot water voulme. How long since you last flushed your water heater?

Based on your post, I would say that the dip tube of your old water heater had deteriorated. Water heaters have a plastic tube at the cold water input that takes the cold water to the bottom of the tank. These some times deteriorate into the white (usually) crumbly substance you are now finding in your aerator. All hot water faucet cartridges and aerators should have been removed and lines flushed when the water heater was replaced.
Turn off hot water stop valve underneath sink. Remove aerator and hot water stem. Hold cloth over open hot water side of faucet and turn on water briefly to flush faucet. Clean cartridge. Clean or replace aerator.
