gravity feed

Hi I had to empty my header tank after refill the bathroom sink and toilet cistern are not working, I know this is gravity feed and I have checked that the cut off valve which is definatly open. I have also disconnected the pipe at the header tank and blew down it water came out but when i connect back to the cut of valve Nothing!

Please help

If the outlet and outlet supply pipe are not blocked then I guess you better start at the other end. Turn off the water to the cistern and open up the valve inside,(do you call them ballcocks over there?) turn the water back on and try to flush it out. Let me know and we'll move on to the sink next.
