29 Answers Can someone tell me if there is a web site for Glacier Bay faucet parts or if Glacier Bay has their own site? Looking for plastic diverter stem (I think that's what it is called) for a shower faucet. |

| I bought a Glacier Bay kitchen faucet a few years ago at Home Depot. The Handle just broke and Home depot has almost no parts for these. I did some digging and called a number I was given. Man answered the phone and then asked for my model number. I gave it to him and he told me that many models of Glacier Bay Faucets are LIFETIME GUARANTEE. He is sending me the handle and a complete new spray head, FREE, and said if I have any more trouble, Call him. This is almost unheard of today, a company that truly honors a Lifetime Guarantee. | Have the glacier bay teapot 4 in two handle lavatory in brushed nickel faucet. It is now leaking but I can't see how to repair. There is a round piece on top of the hot water side marked H and one on the cold water side marked C. With other faucets you remove these and take the stem out for repair. I can't get the H or C out to remove the stem. How do you remove the stem to replace washer? | ||||
