    Glacier bay faucet noise
    I recently installed a Glacier Bay faucet in the kitchen. However, every time we turn it on it makes a high pitch squeal. Once the valve is all the way open it stops making this sound. But if it is only partially open then there is a squeal? Any ideas on how to fix?

    More details please! Single handle or two knobs? If this is a single handled valve have you shut the water off, opened up the valve, removed the cartridge and checked and cleaned the inlet ports? If not do so and while you have the valve open turn the water back on for a few seconds to flush out the supplies. Reassemble and test. Noise all gone? Good luck, Tom
