drain drop box

Please help,
about 8 years ago I bought a drop drain box made out of a very strong plastic, let me describe it: dimensions:
48' long x 12" hight x 17-1/2" wide. It has a plastic lid attached with screws with an opening towards the front for a plastic filter. in the front has a drain hole about 4" round and on the inside there is a plastic filter with round holes. On the lid itself it has two 4" round holes for the drain pipes coming from the washing machines.
I got the information from the internet but I lost it. Now I need to replace the filter and buy another box.
