dirty/cloudy well water, just started yesterday, never happened before!

Okay, so last night I left my house and before I left I had flushed the toilet, the water was clear just like it normally is. When I came back a few hours later, the toilet was still running and the water had dirt in it. I fixed the toilet, flushed it again, and the water was cloudy, and when left to sit there was dirt settling along the inside of the toilet. I checked the water in the kitchen sink, it was very cloudy, but it didn't seem to have any dirt in it. I don't know what could be wrong, and where its a long weekend everywhere is closed, is this something that will go away with time? Its been about half a day and the water is slowly starting to get clear, but im affraid its something really bad! I don't know what it could possibly be!

Could be well caving in. Might clear up, might not. Open faucet and let water run for extended period of time.
