On demand hot water doesn't stay hot

I have an oil fired boiler, and it supplies on demand hot water to my home. The problem is that after about 3 minutes, the water becomes luke warm and does not stay hot. If someone is showering and someone else wants to use hot water, it becomes even worse. Any suggestions?
