Connect to existing septic line

I am installing a half bath in a small addition on slab and wish to connect to my septic tank. I will be using 3" ABS and the line to my septic is ABS. I don't want a new hole in my tank so what should I use to connect the two lines, I don't have a perpendicular lines, can I use the rubber banded connectors under ground?
