    My cold water faucets, in the back of the house, quit working
    Single story house. Two bathrooms, backing to each other.Changed whole house water filter. Cold water faucets (sink and 1 shower) quit working. All other cold water llines work. One toilet works and the other does not. If I turn on hot water, and cold water faucet, toilet fills with hot water. I am befuddled. Bathroom remodled 10 years ago and no prior problems. Help.

Hot water in cold faucets [ 1 Answers ]

Suddenly I now have hot water coming out of the cold faucet side of my bath and powder rooms. My shower has the kind of diverter that has anti scald and has always worked great. Now if someone flushes the toilet it gets cold. Is the diverter the problem? Brett
