closing pipes to jacuzzi tub

I bought a jacuzzi tub several years ago thinking it would be great. It isn't, I need to know if there is any way to close off the pipes and just have a regular tub. I have to clean it all the time, the water lays in the pipes and causes all kinds of bacteria to grow. Please let me know if there is any way to close off the ports and get rid of this problem.

To cap off the jets you would have to get behind the tub. A better Idea would be to change out the tub for a regular bath tub and cut your losses by putting the Whirlpool up for sale. Good luck, Tom
